Protex Multi Surface Protections is a clear, protective coating designed for treating or incorporating into all porous and nonporous nonfood contact surfaces including lumber, concrete, stucco, metals, tile, plastic, insulation, coatings, carpet and fabrics washable with water.  Protex Multi Surface Protection is a concentrated formula for treating porous and nonporous surfaces.  It can be used on most interior and exterior household, commercial and industrial surfaces.  

Protex Multi Surface Protection contains EPA registered antimicrobials to guard against and help protect the coating surface from mold, mildew, odor-causing microorganisms, black fungal staining and bacterial and fungal slime films.*  Since these materials are built into the molecular structure of the coating, they won’t wash off or wear away.
