Multi Surface Protection™ is an organo-silane protectant.  It is a clear and durable protectant that is formulated for surfaces where changes in aesthetics is not tolerable. "MSP" prevents soiling, staining and water penetration and incorporates EPA registered antimicrobials to withstand the growth of bacteria, viruses, fungus and algae on the coating. This coatings is perfect for the long-term protection of both porous and non-porous surfaces like upholstery, flooring/carpet, railings, fixtures and countertops as well as other high touch and frequently used areas.
