Masonry Protection is a white, ceramic-based, non-toxic protectant that prevents against water seepage, fungal (mold and mildew), bacterial and algae growth and re-growth by infusing non-leaching, EPA-registered antimicrobials into the formulation. It resists up to 23 psi of hydrostatic pressure while blocking out effluoresence permanently.  It can be used on a variety of foundation and masonry surfaces in both residential and commercial construction, including brick, stucco, metal, wall board, pre-formed concrete, and painted surfaces.
